How To Integrate Intention Into Your USMLE Step 1 Exam Prep For Faster Results

USMLE Exam Prep Going Nowhere?
The Missing Piece of The Puzzle Is This ⬇️

INTENTION… Allow me to explain!

We work with between 20-30 new students every single month.

Some come to us to be fine-tuned…

Most come to us because they’re either lost, stuck, or struggling.

The students who are lost, stuck, or struggling, all have one thing in common: They’re not being intentional with their studies.

Being intentional with your USMLE Step 1 or USMLE Step 2 CK exam preparation means nothing more than doing everything for a specific purpose… With a specific goal in mind.

Those who study for weeks or months and feel they haven’t made any meaningful progress are typically not tracking what they do and how they did it – ie. They’re not being intentional.

So, how do we tackle our USMLE exam prep with “intention”?

There are two simple steps you need to take…

Step #1. Know where you want to go (what’s your goal)
Step #2. Devise a plan to get you there in a step-by-step manner

Once you know where you want to go and you’ve got a step-by-step plan to get you there, by following every step you’ve laid out, you’re being intentional.

You’re also able to better track the steps you’ve taken and the progress you’ve made, which gives you a psychological boost as well because you’re able to track and see how far you’ve come.

It’s akin to going on a weight loss journey and never creating a meal or exercise plan…

You’re trying to achieve a goal without having an intention behind each action.

Your exercise routine has no intention behind it, so you’re less likely to make and/or see results.

Your meal plan wasn’t created to help you reach your goals, so you’re less likely to achieve any meaningful progress.

By simply writing out an exercise and meal plan designed to help you incrementally reach your goal, you’ve built intention into everything you do… And this is more likely to get you the results you’re after.

So… If you’re stuck, struggling, and not seeing any meaningful results with your USMLE exam prep, try being intentional with everything you do.

Ask yourself what the goal is, and create the steps to get you there.

By simply following your outlined plan step-by-step-by-step, you’re taking intentional action towards reaching your goals.

I hope this helps!
