A Super High-Yield Review… Without The Headache of Using Multiple Resources!

First Aid Based Lectures

No Step 1 prep resource is higher-yield than the First Aid. Because of this, we designed our crash course around the high-yield information outlined inside that is most likely to show up on exam day. This ensures that your time is used efficiency and productively.

Questions Based Learning

Every topic in the course is introduced with either an MCQ, True/False, or Matching type question. These questions are straightforward and designed to ensure your understanding of the fundamentals of the highest-yield information. Each Q is followed by a thorough review of the material.

A Focus On Passing

The sole goal here is to give you the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to pass your Step 1 exam. This isn’t a review of medical school, it’s a review of the highest-yield Step 1 info that you must know for exam day.

There are 35.5hrs of lecture in the entire program at normal speed. You can slow it down or speed it up as needed.

Who Is This For?

The course was designed for anybody who wants to get the most out of using their First Aid. If you plan on using the FA during your Step 1 prep, then this is for you.

When Should I Use This?

There are 3 main ways by which we believe you can maximize the use of this course. The 1st is during the intial phase of your prep when you do your first FA read-through to identify the HY info you need to know. The 2nd is at the end of your prep when doing a final FA read-through. The 3rd is throughout your dedicated prep as you review your FA at the end of your daily dedicated qbank session(s).

How Long Do I Have Access?

1 year.

Who Teaches The Course?

The course is taught by Dr. Paul. Drill sessions (if added to your program) are delivered by Dr. Paul & Dr. Greg.

Which Version of the First Aid Is Used?

We refer to the content in the previous 2-3 versions to ensure that everything is covered. Additionally, we provide the exact pages we’re looking at throughout the course for the previous 2-3 version of the FA so you can follow along no matter which version you’re using.

Does This Come With Tutoring?

No, the course is fully online and self-paced. We do offer a coaching option if you need to setup a study plan, create a strategy, and meet with us 1-2/week to ensure you’re making progress and to make any necessary strategy adjustments (if you want this combo option, click HERE). We don’t however offer 1-on-1 tutoring.

How Long Will This Take To Go Through?

We designed this to be a fast-paced ‘crash course’ that could theoretically be done over the course of a single weekend. If you’re going through this quickly, you can get through it in as little as a few days. We do recommend, however, that you use this alongside your First Aid throughout the duration of your Step 1 prep.

What Are The ‘Drill Sessions’?

Our Drills Books are a supplement to the Crash Course and will help you to reinforce all of the course material. The Step 1 Drills Book can be purchased by clicking HERE.

Do I Need The Most Recent FA?

No, not at all. We do however recommend that your FA is no more than 3 versions old. The FA changes minimally year-over-year, so even if your version is a few years old, you’ll have no trouble following along.

How Often Is The Content Updated?

We are constantly updating our course & adding new features to help you get the most out of your time & efforts.

What Is Your Refund Policy?

You have a 48hr grace period to request a refund if you haven’t logged into your online classroom and started any of the material. We strongly urge you to look at the sample video above to ensure that you know what the program looks/feels like and to ensure that it’s going to work with your way of learning. Outside of this window OR if you’ve logged into your online classroom and started anything, no refunds will be offered due to the digital nature of the course.
